The Yukon Gear & Axle YHCC-F10.5 Hardcore Differential Cover is built for the Ford Sterling 10.25" and 10.5" 12-bolt full-floating rear differential found in a wide range of Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks, as well as the 2000-2005 Excursion. Cast from thick-walled nodular iron, it offers a dramatic improvement over the factory stamped steel cover - shielding your ring and pinion gears, locker, and axle internals from the kind of rock strikes and trail impacts that can crack or destroy a stock unit.

The YHCC-F10.5 also adds structural rigidity to the differential housing, reducing cover flex under the extreme torque loads common in heavy towing, off-road, and diesel-powered applications. Its contoured inner surfaces accelerate gear oil circulation for improved heat dissipation, while the magnetic drain plug continuously filters harmful metallic wear particles from the gear oil - extending fluid life and protecting internal components between service intervals.

Designed to fit both standard and reverse rotation Ford Sterling differentials, this cover installs using the factory 12-bolt pattern with the included alloy steel fasteners and pre-cut gasket. The black powder coat finish and stainless-steel accent plate deliver a clean, aggressive look. Note: this cover is for SRW (Single Rear Wheel) Ford 10.25"/10.5" applications only - DRW F-350 trucks and 2017+ Super Duty trucks fitted with the Dana M275 14-bolt axle require a different cover.
