How long does it take to ship my order?
If you place your order on an in-stock item and order before 1PM PST, your item will ship same day. If your item is in-stock and you order AFTER 1PM PST, your item will ship the following business day. Please note we only ship Monday – Friday. Additionally, during and after holiday periods, it may take a little bit longer.
Is West Coast Auto Performance an authorized dealer on the parts you sell?
We guarantee all parts we sell to be genuine and authentic. We are a direct authorized dealer for every part we sell, or buy from a master distributor that is authorized. When you buy your parts from Wcaperformance, the manufacture of the part will offer you full support and your warranty will be valid and honored.
Is my part covered by a Warranty?
All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees.
Do you ship international?
Not at this time, but we may in the future. Right now we ship only within the United States.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
We offer shipping to alternate addresses for existing customers or verified customers only. Unlike other online retailers, we do not strictly ship to billing addresses as long as you are able to verify your transaction. A list of options on how do to so will be e-mailed after ordering, or you can contact us prior to ordering.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay (when checking out on Apple devices), Affirm financing.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters is located in Southern California. We have warehouse distribution points around the United States, and ship from the closest warehouse to you that has the part in stock. We are not yet setup to allow for local pickups, but we will be offering this in the near future.
