Product Description

The Wiseco K606M96 is a complete forged piston kit for the Nissan VQ35DE 3.5L 24V V6 engine, as found in the 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z, 2003-2006 Infiniti G35, and select Nissan Altima and Maxima applications. The kit delivers 6 pistons at 96mm bore with a +7cc dome crown and four-valve reliefs, yielding an 11.0:1 compression ratio at stock stroke and deck height. This bore size requires block machining -- the builder must bore and hone the block to 96mm clearance before installation.

Forged from 2618 aerospace-grade aluminum, Wiseco's dedicated forging process shapes each piston to its final geometry rather than machining from a generic blank, producing a lighter, stronger piston with tighter dimensional consistency. The dome and ring land design are engineered to handle elevated cylinder pressures from turbo, supercharger, and nitrous applications. ArmorGlide skirt coating reduces friction at startup and under hard use. Pre-gapped plasma moly ring sets are included for each cylinder.
