Fitment Notes

• Compatible with the OEM turbocharger and upgraded drop-in style VGT turbochargers. Best results when paired with emissions-compliant tuning.
• After installation, the vehicle's air filter monitor system must be disabled in the instrument cluster settings. Failure to do so will result in a "Service Air Filter" dashboard message that requires a dealership reset to clear.
• Draws cold air through the functional hood Ram Air duct and inner fender - requires the OEM Ram Air hood or compatible replacement.
• No tuning required for installation. Compatible with stock trucks - no additional modifications or upgrades necessary.

Product Description

The Wehrli WCF100414-IP is the Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle for 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks with the 6.6L L5P Duramax. It combines the Stage 1 High Flow Intercooler Pipe Bundle and Stage 2 Intake Kit into one complete package, addressing both sides of the factory airflow restrictions - before and after the turbocharger. The result is improved horsepower, torque, throttle response, turbo spool-up, and cooler intake temperatures, all from a bolt-on kit that requires no tuning.

On the intake side, a 4" aluminum pipe and over-sized cast aluminum intake horn draw cold air from the hood Ram Air duct and inner fender, feeding the turbo more efficiently than the restrictive OEM plastic system. On the intercooler side, the OEM 2.5" multi-piece resonator-equipped hot side pipe and failure-prone plastic/rubber cold side pipe are replaced with WCFab's heavy-duty 3" and 3.5" one-piece aluminum pipes, eliminating boost leaks and weak OEM connection points. Finished in Illusion Purple powder coat and made in the USA, the WCF100414-IP saves approximately $64 compared to purchasing the Stage 1 and Stage 2 components individually.
