Product Description

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100414-GRY is the ultimate Stage 2 upgrade for the 2020-2025 GM 6.6L L5P Duramax, combining the Stage 1 High Flow Intercooler Pipe Bundle and Stage 2 Intake Kit into a single comprehensive package. On the intake side, a 4" high-flow aluminum intake pipe, oversized 4" intake horn with PCV port and surge ring, and an enclosed 10-gauge aluminum air box replace the restrictive plastic factory components. Cold air is drawn through the hood Ram Air duct and inner fender, delivering significantly increased airflow to the turbo for improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response with a more aggressive turbo and engine sound.

After the turbo, both OEM intercooler pipes are replaced with heavy-duty 14-gauge mandrel bent aluminum units - a 3" one-piece driver side pipe that eliminates the factory resonator and middle boot joint, and a 3.5" passenger side pipe with a CNC machined black anodized billet aluminum adapter and double O-ring seal to eliminate boost leaks. The entire assembly is finished in WCFab Grey custom powder coat and built in the USA. Installation requires only basic hand tools with no tuning needed for stock applications, and this bundled kit saves $64 compared to purchasing the Stage 1 and Stage 2 kits separately.
