The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100352-RED is a high-flow 3" driver (hot) side intercooler pipe kit for 2004.5-2010 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500 trucks with the 6.6L Duramax diesel (LLY, LBZ, LMM). This kit replaces the restrictive 2.5" OEM pipe with a full 3" unit, delivering a 50% increase in CFM airflow for improved turbo spool-up, quicker throttle response, and lower EGTs. The one-piece 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum pipe has no weld seams for smooth internal airflow and long-term durability. The included 5-ply silicone boots feature a high-temperature aramid liner rated to over 500°F with steel wire reinforcement at the turbo outlet to prevent the expansion and blowout common with factory boots. A straight boot connection at the intercooler replaces the failure-prone OEM angled elbow, and an external bead roll keeps boots and clamps locked in place under boost. Stainless steel T-bolt clamps ensure leak-free connections at every joint. This is a direct bolt-on kit requiring no tuning and no modifications, finished in WCFab Red powder coat.
