The Wehrli WCF100363 Billet Exhaust Manifold Kit is a premium performance upgrade designed for 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax diesel trucks. These billet steel manifolds replace the restrictive factory cast components with high-strength CNC-machined pieces that improve exhaust flow, helping the turbocharger spool faster and reducing exhaust gas temperatures under heavy load. Finished in a durable black ceramic coat, they resist extreme heat and corrosion over time.

Built for both OEM and ported cylinder heads, the manifolds are exhaust port gasket matched to ensure smooth flow into the exhaust system and include convenient 1/8" NPT ports for installation of EGT or pressure sensors. Complete ARP hardware and gaskets are included for a secure, bolt-on installation. These manifolds work with factory-style up pipes or aftermarket systems and do not require any tuning, making them an ideal upgrade for Duramax owners focused on improved performance and longevity.
