The Vibrant 2625 is a tight radius 180-degree U-bend manufactured from T304 stainless steel in 2.125 in. (54mm) outside diameter with 16 gauge (0.065 in.) wall thickness. The tight radius design routes the tube through a full 180-degree arc in the most compact footprint possible - making it the right choice for fabrication projects where standard-radius U-bends cannot fit in the available space. The mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent tube diameter through the full arc, preventing the wall thinning and flow restriction that occur with press-bent tubing.
