The UMI Performance 2198-R Tunnel-Mounted Torque Arm is engineered to enhance the handling and performance of 1982-1992 GM F-Body vehicles, including the Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird. This torque arm features a tunnel-mounted design, optimizing weight distribution and reducing drivetrain flex for improved traction and stability.

Constructed from 1.250" x 0.120" DOM seamless steel tubing, the torque arm is TIG-welded with 4140 chrome moly tube adaptors, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. The on-car adjuster is made from heat-treated 4140 chrome moly steel, providing maximum adjustability and strength. All polyurethane bushings are greaseable, extending bushing life and maintaining consistent performance.

The rear mounting plates are made from 0.375" thick mild steel, compatible with stock, 12-bolt, and 9" rear-end housings.
