Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0629-1102 is an IWG75 Series internal wastegate actuator for the 1.4L MultiAir turbocharged engine found in the Fiat 500T, 500L, 500X, 500 Abarth, and 124 Spider. It bolts directly onto the factory turbocharger with no special tools or fabrication, replacing the OEM actuator with a unit engineered to deliver a measurably improved boost and torque curve. The IWG75's enlarged effective diaphragm surface area increases the working ratio against boost and backpressure, allowing peak boost to be reached earlier in the RPM range and held longer -- without the actuator losing authority at high RPM as factory units often do.

This 10psi / 0.7 BAR version ships with the outer spring fitted and requires ECU tuning or recalibration for optimal performance. For a plug-and-play replacement that works within the factory ECU calibration without tuning, use the 7psi version (TS-0629-1072). Optional spring combinations from 3-26psi are available separately for tuned applications requiring custom boost thresholds.
