Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0622-8072 IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is a direct, bolt-on replacement for the factory wastegate actuator on the 2015-2023 Ford Mustang EcoBoost equipped with the 2.3L turbocharged inline-four. Constructed from billet aluminum and finished in black, the IWG75 Gen 4 design features an increased diaphragm surface area and revised internal geometry that delivers a higher working ratio than the factory unit, resulting in a flatter and more stable boost curve, quicker boost build, and less drop-off at high RPM compared to the soft factory springs that open early.

The 7 PSI spring matches the OEM base pressure for a tune-friendly upgrade that doesn't require ECU recalibration, while the patented locking collar design allows for quick interchange to higher-rate springs (10 PSI or 12 PSI sold separately) for increased boost when paired with proper tuning. The kit includes the actuator, the vehicle-specific mounting bracket, the pre-fitted 7 PSI spring, swivel hose barb fitting, and all required fasteners for a complete bolt-on installation.
