Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0223-1096 Kompact EM Dual Port VR13 is a plug-and-play electronic blow-off valve designed for the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger 2.3L EcoBoost and 2020-2023 Ford Explorer ST 3.0L EcoBoost. This valve replaces the factory plastic diverter valve internals with billet aluminum and brass components while retaining the factory solenoid and full ECU control for seamless integration. The Dual Port configuration operates quietly at low RPM by recirculating vented pressure into the intake, then vents to atmosphere at high RPM for an aggressive blow-off sound during spirited driving.

The patented Boost-Balance Valve Design ensures the seal improves as boost pressure increases, eliminating the leakage common with worn factory plastic valves. A positive-seal O-ring on the piston face provides additional leak prevention, making this valve ideal for both stock and modified EcoBoost applications running higher boost. The included port blanking plug allows conversion to full atmospheric venting or full bypass recirculation depending on preference. Compatible with the factory intercooler and most aftermarket intercooler setups. Not CARB legal -- intended for race use only in California. The Plumb Back version (full recirculation, no atmospheric venting) is available under TS-0223-1296. Manufactured in Sydney, Australia.
