The TiALSport 002125 diaphragm assembly is a high-quality replacement component engineered for the Q and Q-R series blow-off valves. Over time, the original diaphragm may become fatigued, torn or unable to maintain the required seal and spring preload - this assembly restores the integrity of the valve, helping maintain proper boost control and turbo system performance.

Installation requires basic experience with turbo system components: the technician removes the BOV cover, extracts the old diaphragm, installs the new assembly (which comes pre-mounted on a spring cup), secures the set screws and re-installs the cover. After installation, the blow-off valve will function as originally designed, releasing boost pressure cleanly and consistently.
