• EDFC front motor installation: hood insulator must be removed or trimmed for clearance
• EDFC rear motor installation: interior trim panels must be removed and modified; OE tower bar removal is required

With 560 lbs/in front and 448 lbs/in rear spring rates calibrated for the FD3S's double-wishbone front and multi-link rear suspension geometry, 16-way damping adjustment, and wide full-length ride height adjustability, this kit delivers the stance and handling precision the FD3S is celebrated for - without compromising its famously balanced, driver-focused character.

Built in Yokohama, Japan with twin-tube construction and Tein's sealed damper structure, the Flex Z is a direct fitment across all FD3S variants. EDFC installation requires Motor Kit EDK05-12120, sold separately; both front and rear EDFC motor installations involve trim and insulator modifications - see Fitment Notes for details. Professional installation and wheel alignment are recommended after fitment.
