Product Description

The Synergy Manufacturing 8682-01 is a pair of front brake line relocation brackets for 2011-2023 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. When a leveling kit or suspension lift is installed on these trucks, the increased suspension droop can overextend the factory front brake hoses, creating a risk of hose damage or brake system failure under full articulation. Synergy's relocation brackets raise the factory brake line bracket by 2.5", repositioning the hose attachment point higher on the knuckle and providing enough slack to accommodate a shock with an extended length of up to 24" without stressing the hose.

A key advantage of this design is that the factory brake lines and ABS sensor clips are fully retained - the brackets mount to the existing hardware locations and the factory hose slides into the repositioned bracket without any splicing, replacement, or bleeding of the brake system. The installation procedure from Synergy's own instructions specifies pulling 1/2" to 3/4" of brake hose through the factory bracket toward the caliper before securing, then verifying lock-to-lock steering clearance at full droop. Brackets are laser cut and zinc plated for corrosion resistance, with M8 mounting hardware torqued to 13 ft-lbs.
