Product Description

The SPC 32120 EZ ON HD Centering Sleeve kit is a professional-grade solution for eliminating wheel vibration, brake pedal pulsation, and wheel hop on heavy-duty steer axles equipped with aluminum wheels and cast brake drums. These issues arise because stud hole diameter tolerances can allow a wheel to be mounted and torqued down in a slightly off-center or "clocked" position - often imperceptible during installation but immediately noticeable in operation. The 32120 kit resolves this by providing a precise three-point centering reference during wheel mounting.

Installation is straightforward: slide three sleeves over the 22mm studs at the 12, 4, and 8 o'clock positions, seat against the hub face, reinstall the cast brake drum, then mount the aluminum wheel onto the protruding sleeve diameter. Once the remaining lug nuts are torqued to manufacturer specs, the sleeves remain in place permanently as a leave-on centering device. Each kit includes six sleeves - enough to service two wheel positions. Compatible with a wide range of Gunite, Webb, and Arvin Meritor brake drums that meet the 1.25" hole diameter and 0.50" depth requirement.
