Product Description

The Sparco 002201NR B-ROOKIE is a 100% cotton open-face balaclava designed for karting and track day use where FIA-certified fireproof protection is not required. Its extra flat internal seams are engineered to eliminate pressure points under a helmet, making it significantly more comfortable during extended sessions than balaclavas with conventional sewn seams. The natural cotton fabric is soft against the skin, breathable, and effective at managing moisture and heat build-up.

This is an entry-level balaclava from Sparco - one of motorsport's most established safety gear manufacturers - offering reliable comfort and quality at an accessible price point. It is suitable for club karting, amateur track days, sim racing, and any activity where a comfortable under-helmet layer is needed without the requirement for flame-retardant certification. One size fits all, and it is available in multiple colors.
