Vehicle Fitment

Product Description

The Snow Performance SNO-40012 is a 3-quart plastic water/methanol injection reservoir upgrade designed for trunk, cargo area, or remote mounting in any vehicle running a Snow Performance Boost Cooler WMI system with 1/4" high-temp nylon tubing. At 10" L x 6.5" H x 4" W, the tank is compact enough to tuck into most trunks and storage spaces while providing 50% more on-board WMI fluid volume than the standard 2-quart reservoir included with most Boost Cooler kits. For road racing applications, high-horsepower builds with aggressive injection duty cycles, or diesel towing setups where methanol consumption is substantial, the extra capacity translates directly to longer runs between refills and reduced risk of running the system dry mid-event.

The SNO-40012 ships with mounting tabs, rubber insulators for vibration-isolated installation, quick-connect fittings, and extra 1/4" nylon tubing - everything needed to route and connect it to an existing nylon-line Snow Performance system. Snow Performance's installation documentation strongly recommends adding the Solenoid Upgrade (SNO-40060, sold separately) to any rear-mount or remote reservoir setup, to prevent the system from gravity-feeding fluid through the lines and into the engine when the injection system is off - an important safety precaution. An optional level sensor (SNO-19110, sold separately) can be added by drilling the tank at the desired fill level with a stepped bit and sealing appropriately. For builds using 4AN stainless braided line Boost Cooler systems, the equivalent kit with braided line and solenoid pre-included is the SNO-40012-BRD.
