The Rywire RY-B-SUB-EK-2B is the 1999-2000 Honda Civic chassis-specific adapter sub-harness for use with Rywire's B-Series Budget engine harness system. It is not a standalone engine harness -- it is the back-side (chassis) portion of Rywire's modular harness design, which separates the engine-side loom from the chassis-specific connectors. This allows the same Rywire Budget engine harness base to be transferred between different Honda chassis by swapping only the sub-harness, rather than purchasing an entirely new harness. The RY-B-SUB-EK-2B provides the correct shock tower and interior connector configuration specific to the 1999-2000 EK-generation Civic, covering all trims (CX, DX, EX, GX, HX, LX, Si).

A Rywire B-Series Budget engine harness base -- either OBD1 (RY-B1-BASE) or OBD2 (RY-B2-BASE) -- is required and sold separately. All connectors are new and pneumatically crimped to OEM specification, with white identification labels for straightforward installation.
