The Rugged Ridge 11238.07 is a steel front license plate mounting bracket designed for winch-equipped vehicles using a hawse fairlead. In states requiring a front license plate, running an aftermarket bumper with a winch often leaves no clean mounting location without drilling into the bumper - the 11238.07 solves this by snapping directly onto the hawse fairlead itself, requiring no bumper modification or drilling. The license plate bolts securely to the bracket and is held in place by a 3/4-inch snap clip, allowing quick tool-free removal before a winching operation.

Designed and tested for Rugged Ridge hawse fairleads, the bracket is also confirmed compatible with Smittybilt and TMax hawse fairleads.
