The Rugged Ridge 11560.02 Double Tube Front Bumper delivers classic off-road styling and front-end protection for 1976-2006 Jeep CJ and Wrangler models. Built from 3" round steel tubing, this full-width bumper features Rugged Ridge's signature smooth-ground welds that eliminate the small weld pockets common on competitor bumpers where moisture collects and rust forms. Fully welded steel end caps permanently seal the tube ends -- no more losing plastic friction-fit caps on the trail. A dual-stage finish process applies an electrostatic E-coat undercoating before the semi-gloss black powder coat, ensuring chip and corrosion resistance even after rock impacts. Two welded light tabs provide ready mounting points for off-road lighting, and the enlarged center opening improves airflow to the radiator. Direct bolt-on installation to factory frame mounting points with no modifications required. Backed by a Rugged Ridge 5-year limited warranty.
