Product Description

The RideTech 11282899 front lower StrongArms provide a high-performance upgrade path for 1965-1970 Chevrolet Impala, Bel-Air and related RWD full-size models. By replacing the factory lower front control arms with precision-manufactured tubular units, the suspension geometry is improved with additional caster, better camber travel, and optimized clearance for larger wheels and modern shocks or air-ride systems.

With the factory strut-rod design eliminated and replaced by a bearing mount arrangement, the 11282899 arms reduce deflection under braking and cornering, resulting in improved stability and responsiveness. The satin-black powder-coated finish ensures long-term durability and an attractive under-car appearance - ideal for show cars, restomods, or performance street builds.

Installation is bolt-on with no welding required, and pre-installed ball joints and bushings simplify setup. These arms are engineered for use with aftermarket coil-over or air-spring systems, enabling modern suspension performance in a classic chassis. Fitment beyond the specified 1965-1970 year range or different drivetrain configurations should be validated individually.
