Product Description

The Rancho RS55126 is a rear shock absorber from the RS5000X performance line designed to improve ride control, comfort, and handling over worn or stock rear shocks. With Progressive Engagement Valving and a tuned compression control valve, this shock reduces rough initial bumps and maintains control over washboard roads and uneven surfaces. The large 35 mm piston and nitro-carburized rod increase durability and resistance to corrosion and wear.

RS55126 fits a variety of Ford trucks and Super Duty models in the rear position - including 1983-2011 Ford Ranger and 1999-2004 Ford F-450/F-550 Super Duty vehicles - and is designed for stock ride height up to mild rear lifts (0-2.5"). Installation uses original mounting points with included bushings and protective boots. It's sold individually, allowing you to order one or two shocks as needed.
