The Rancho RS994115 is a 4th-generation RS9000XL front shock absorber designed for the 1977-1979 Ford F-100 and F-150 4WD at stock ride height. These classic Ford trucks share the same front suspension geometry, making this a direct-fit replacement for both models. Whether the truck is used for weekend trail runs, daily farm duty, or hauling, the RS9000XL's 9-position adjustment gives the driver full control over ride quality.

The stem-over-loop mounting configuration (S42 upper / L1 lower) is factory-correct for this application, and the front shock is installed rod-end down per Rancho's installation guidelines.
