The Rampage 5089925 is a halogen H4 headlight conversion kit designed to replace 7-inch round sealed beam headlamps with a significantly brighter, serviceable alternative. The key upgrade over sealed beams is the advanced multi-surface reflector and clear glass lens combination, which produces 60% more lumens than conventional OEM units - meaning more usable light on the road with less driver fatigue. The aluminum reflector housing and solid glass lens are also far more durable and optically stable than plastic counterparts, which haze and yellow over time.

Because the H4 bulb is separate and replaceable, the entire assembly does not need to be replaced when a bulb burns out - a significant cost advantage over sealed beams. The included H4 55/60W bulbs are SAE/DOT approved for street use, and the housings can accept off-road bulbs up to 130W for trail use. Installation takes approximately 10 minutes with only a screwdriver; no wiring modifications are needed for standard 50/60W factory harness applications.
