Fitment Notes

• The included 1.5in male dry break probe is compatible with all Radium Engineering 1.5in female dry break receptacles (remote and direct mount fillers).
• The plastic pour spout can be cut to suit 2.5in or 3in dry breaks for race applications requiring a larger probe.
• For maximum fill flow efficiency, the fuel tank or fuel cell must have an adequate vent - Radium recommends using the DSV vent valve (20-0535) for dry break systems.
• Not compatible with discontinued Radium dump can models 20-0497-00, 20-0497-01, or 20-0697-EDC.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0697-01 is a 6-gallon motorsport dump can configured with a 1.5in male dry break probe for use with Radium Engineering dry break fuel filler systems. Unlike a standard fuel jug, the dump can's bottom-mounted 1.675in OD vent tube allows unrestricted air intake as fuel exits, enabling fill rates up to 25.75 gpm - more than 13x faster than a generic jug. The included dry break probe features a built-in PRV to safely vent heat-induced pressure in the sealed can, and the clear coupler allows the operator to visually confirm fuel flow during the fill.

The can body is blow-molded from HDPE, compatible with all motorsport fuel types including E85, methanol, and AV gas. Its 9.5in x 9.5in footprint matches industry-standard fuel jug dimensions for easy stacking and securing in a pit cart or trailer. The vent cap's six-position fuel type indicator ensures easy identification at the pit wall. For even faster fills, the vent cap can be removed entirely - though this is not recommended to avoid spillage risk.
