Fitment Notes

• Compatible with OEM BMW (VDO) fuel level senders only. Not compatible with aftermarket Bosch senders.
• Aftermarket fuel pump not included - hanger supports 1 or 2 compatible brushed (2-wire) or brushless (3-4 wire) pumps. Compatible pumps include: Walbro GSS342, F90000267, F90000274, F90000285, F90000295; Ti Automotive E5LM; Protec 11928 / Fuelab 49614; Deatschwerks DW440, DW810.
• Fuel rail not included. This plumbing kit routes to and from any Radium or compatible BMW fuel rail (sold separately).
• For pumps without integrated check valves (e.g., Walbro F90000295, Ti Automotive E5LM), Radium check valve kit 20-1534 must be purchased separately.
• Requires a dedicated relay and fuse if a second fuel pump is installed. OEM wiring may be reused for single pump installations, but upgrading is recommended.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1175-05 is a complete fuel hanger plumbing kit designed for use with the Radium E36 and E46 in-tank fuel pump hangers. It provides every component needed to properly plumb the fuel system from hanger outlet to fuel rail and back - eliminating the need to source individual hoses, fittings, a regulator, or a gauge separately. The kit's defining feature compared to the -03 variant is its 6-micron Microglass billet high-flow fuel filter, which offers finer particle filtration than the stainless mesh alternative and is ideal for builds running upgraded injectors, E85, or methanol where contamination tolerance is reduced. The filter mounts in the OEM chassis location for a clean, factory-style appearance.

Plumbing routing follows a purpose-designed path: an 8AN PTFE feed hose exits the hanger outlet via a low-profile banjo fitting, routes over the LH side of the fuel tank, travels down the underside of the chassis through two included billet line retainers, passes through the Microglass fuel filter, and continues into the engine bay to the front of the fuel rail. At the rear of the fuel rail, the included DMR-RA direct-mount fuel pressure regulator and 0-100 psi gauge mount in-line without requiring a separate bracket. A 6AN return hose with SAE quick-connect adapter routes return fuel from the regulator back to the hanger's return port. New vacuum tubing is also included to replace OEM hard lines on the regulator circuit.

This plumbing kit is the preferred choice for BMW E36 and E46 enthusiasts building serious performance or competition fuel systems. It is fully compatible with gasoline, E85, and methanol, and supports single or dual pump configurations depending on power demand.
