Fitment Notes

• DIY assembly required - hose ends must be cut to length and assembled by the installer; installation instructions available at radiumauto.com
• PTFE hose ends are specific to PTFE hose and cannot be used with rubber hose
• Carbon-lined hose - static charge dissipating; recommended for high-flow fuel systems where static buildup is a concern
• All hose ends are swiveling type; Radium does not offer additional PTFE hose end sizes or angles beyond those included - third-party PTFE-specific ends may be used if additional configurations are needed
• It is strongly recommended that a pressure test of each completed assembly be performed before use

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1210 is a 10AN universal DIY PTFE hose kit in the black carbon configuration. It includes 14.7 feet of carbon-lined PTFE hose and six swiveling black anodized hose ends - two straight, two 45-degree, and two 90-degree - covering the most common routing scenarios for custom fuel, oil, and fluid lines. The carbon-lined PTFE core actively dissipates static charge buildup, which is an important safety consideration in high-flow fuel systems where static electricity can accumulate inside the hose. Unlike rubber fuel hose, PTFE has near-zero permeation and will not off-gas fuel vapors, making it suitable for routing through trunks, cabins, or other enclosed areas.

The hose has been in-house tested to 1,200 psi and the PTFE material itself is rated well beyond that, making it suitable for both carbureted and high-pressure EFI applications. It is compatible with all automotive fluids including E85, methanol, ethanol, race gasoline, engine oil, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant. Assembly is required - hose ends are cut to length and swaged by the installer. All hose ends are PTFE-specific swiveling types and cannot be used with rubber hose.
