Fitment Notes

• Fits 1990-1993 Fox Body Mustang platform only. For 1987-1989 Fox Body, order HK41-FMM2. For 1979-1986 Fox Body, order HK41-FMM1. For 1994-2004 SN95, order HK41-FMM4.
• Not compatible with Cobra IRS (Independent Rear Suspension) models.
• Kit retains the factory K-member and uses OE-compatible mounting points - all components are fully bolt-in with no cutting or welding required.
• Designed for average-weight stock trim Mustangs. For significantly modified or heavier builds, select a version without shocks to choose spring rates independently.
• Kits for the 1990-1993 year range retain the track width of factory 1987-1993 V8 Mustangs (wide track).
• Level 1 is the entry point of QA1's three-level handling kit system. All components are forward-compatible with Level 2 and Level 3 upgrades.

The QA1 HK41-FMM3 is a Level 1 full-vehicle handling kit designed specifically for 1990-1993 Fox Body Ford Mustang LX and GT models. It is the entry-level tier of QA1's three-level Mustang handling kit system, targeting owners seeking a better stance, improved ride comfort, and meaningful handling gains without replacing the factory K-member or control arms. The kit includes single-adjustable inverted-cartridge front coil-over struts, single-adjustable rear coil-overs, lightweight aluminum caster camber plates, and a 1-1/4 in. hollow 4130 chromoly front sway bar - all bolt-in to the factory suspension mounting locations with no cutting or welding required.

The inverted-cartridge front struts feature a large-diameter shaft and lightweight aluminum body that improve suspension stiffness and response vs. the factory struts, while offering up to 2 in. of ride height adjustability below stock via the threaded strut body. The included aluminum caster camber plates allow independent caster and camber correction after lowering - essential for proper tire wear and handling geometry on a lowered Fox Body. The 18-position rebound adjustment on both the front struts and rear coil-overs allows the suspension to be tuned from a comfortable daily-driver setting to a firmer track-day configuration. All Level 1 components are forward-compatible with QA1's Level 2 and Level 3 Fox Body kits for future staged upgrades.
