The QA1 52899 is a 1-1/4" hollow 4130 chromoly rear sway bar engineered specifically for 1973-1987 Chevrolet C10 and 1973-1986 GMC C-15 2WD pickups equipped with QA1's rear coilover suspension system. This bar is designed to work exclusively with QA1's C10 rear coilover conversion - it is not compatible with factory leaf spring setups.
