• For WRX/STI, Perrin recommends pairing with a 22mm front sway bar for a balanced track-oriented setup.
• Compatible with BRZ/FR-S/86/GR86. Note: 25mm does NOT fit BRZ/FR-S/86/GR86 - 18mm and 22mm are the largest options for those platforms.
• Estimated install time: approximately 30 minutes.

Product Description

The Perrin PSP-SUS-246 is an 18mm solid 4130 chromoly steel rear adjustable sway bar for the 2008-2021 Subaru WRX and STI, 2013-2026 BRZ, Scion FR-S, Toyota 86/GT86, GR86, and other compatible Subaru platforms. At 18mm, it delivers a significant step up in roll stiffness over the 16mm option - making it well suited for enthusiastic street driving, autocross, and light track use where more aggressive cornering response is desired without fully committing to a race-spec setup. For BRZ/FR-S/86/GR86 platforms, the 18mm provides 150-347% more stiffness over the OEM 14mm bar depending on hole selection.

Each bar is CNC precision bent, laser cut, and MIG welded for precise fitment and lifetime durability, finished in a heavy red powder coat for corrosion resistance. Centering rings keep the bar properly positioned in hard cornering, and the included polyurethane bushings with spiral-cut grease pockets deliver a crisp, responsive feel over the factory rubber.
