The MBRP R1009 is an Armor Pro (Pro Series) T304 stainless steel exhaust resonator engineered for universal installation on any 4-inch exhaust system. With a louvered core internal design, it is purpose-built to reduce or eliminate exhaust drone - the low-frequency cabin vibration common in performance aftermarket exhaust systems - supplementing the noise reduction provided by the muffler in the system. MBRP resonators are not vehicle- or kit-specific; they are added into any existing exhaust layout wherever a straight section of pipe long enough to accommodate the 18-inch overall length can be found.
