The MBRP GP016 is a universal 4-inch diameter, 30-inch long aluminized steel muffler bypass pipe designed for custom exhaust builds, system repairs, and muffler delete applications on any vehicle running a 4-inch exhaust. As a straight-through section with no internal restriction, it replaces a factory or existing muffler in the exhaust system to eliminate backpressure and deliver an open, aggressive exhaust tone. It is equally useful as a replacement section in a damaged exhaust system, a bridge piece in a custom turbo-back or cat-back build, or a purpose-built muffler delete on a race or off-road-dedicated vehicle. The GP016 is not intended for street-legal or emissions-regulated applications and is sold for off-road and race use only.

Built from 16-gauge aluminized steel, the GP016 is fully coated including the seams - a detail that distinguishes it from less thoroughly finished universal pipes where seam corrosion is a common failure point.
