The KONI 8641-1038SPORT Sport Front Shock is a performance-oriented adjustable strut insert engineered for classic Porsche and Volkswagen vehicles from the late 1970s through the 1980s. Part of the acclaimed KONI Sport Series, this shock delivers enhanced steering precision, improved road holding, and customizable rebound control compared with stock dampers. Its externally adjustable rebound knob lets drivers fine-tune suspension response for street use or spirited driving without removing the unit from the vehicle.

Installation involves inserting this shock into the original front strut housing, making it a direct fit for compatible Porsche 924, 924 Turbo, 924 S, and 944 models as well as the Volkswagen Super Beetle. Paired with performance lowering springs (up to approximately 40 mm drop), it helps enhance stance and handling while delivering a balance of control and comfort.
