The JBA 1850S-3JS Cat4ward® Shorty Headers are engineered for 2003-2006 GM trucks, SUVs, vans, and the HUMMER H2 equipped with the 6.0L LS-based V8 engine in non-EGR applications. Manufactured from durable 409 stainless steel with a high-temperature silver ceramic coating, these headers improve exhaust scavenging while reducing underhood heat and providing long-lasting corrosion resistance.

Featuring 1-5/8-inch mandrel-bent primary tubes, patented Firecone® merge collectors, and thick 3/8-inch CNC-machined flanges, the headers deliver improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response while maintaining factory-style emissions connections. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the original exhaust manifolds, the system includes the necessary installation hardware and is covered under CARB Executive Order D-57-33 for applicable emissions-controlled vehicles.
