Product Description

The Injen 1053BLK Hydroshield is a black pre-filter sleeve designed to protect the Injen X-1046 SuperNano-Web air filter from water, mud, dust, and debris that can clog the filter element and reduce airflow and power. Built from a proprietary hydrophobic-treated polyester media, the Hydroshield repels water and filters out particles as small as .005" before they reach the main air filter, extending service intervals and helping maintain peak airflow and horsepower output.

UV resistant, puncture resistant, and elastic enough to return to its original shape after repeated servicing, the 1053BLK is a practical and low-cost addition to any Injen intake system running the X-1046 filter. It does not restrict airflow or compromise the performance benefits of the underlying filter. Made in Pomona, California, and backed by Injen's 2-year limited warranty.
