• An 8" ball joint C-clamp (or comparable press tool) is required for complete Delta Joint installation.

Without this adapter, pressing in a Delta Joint risks misalignment or damage to the joint itself - this kit eliminates that risk by providing a precisely machined press tube and tapered shim engineered to match the angled bore geometry.

The included tapered shim is what distinguishes the 614520 from its companion part, the 614519. If your ICON billet UCA has a straight (non-angled) bearing bore, the 614519 - which omits the shim - is the correct choice. For all angled bore applications, the 614520 is required. Together with a standard 8" ball joint C-clamp or comparable press tool (sold separately), the 614520 allows for a clean, controlled, and professional-grade installation every time.
