The HKS 31021-AF026 Legamax Sport is a quad-tip catback exhaust built for the FA24-Turbo Subaru WRX, engineered around three priorities: performance, sound, and appearance. By stepping the pipe diameter down from a single 74.7mm section to a 60.5mm x2 / 45mm x4 configuration, HKS achieves roughly a 70% reduction in exhaust resistance over stock on flow-bench testing, translating to measured dyno gains of 4.8kW and 7.2Nm peak torque in exhaust-only configuration.

Tuned expansion and resonance pipes bring out the boxer engine's character, delivering a rich low tone at cruise that opens into a sportier high-frequency note around 500Hz under acceleration - idle noise rises to 90dB from a stock 79dB. The symmetrical quad-pipe rear features hand-finished 98mm titanium tips with a heat-bake gradation finish, built on a TIG-welded S304 stainless main silencer.
