Product Description

The Hellwig 7900 is a 7/8" solid chromoly rear sway bar for the 2022-2026 Ford Bronco. Made from heat-treated 4140 chromoly steel at Hellwig's facility in Visalia, California, the bar delivers 170,000 PSI tensile strength with the flex and rebound characteristics needed for both on-road handling and off-road use. The larger-than-stock diameter reduces rear body roll under cornering, towing, and load conditions where the factory bar -- or lack thereof -- is insufficient.

Three mounting holes at each flattened bar end allow the roll stiffness to be tuned without replacing the bar: inner holes for a softer setting, outer holes for maximum stiffness. High-durometer polyurethane bushings are included and resist the degradation that rubber bushings are prone to over time. Requires the factory rear sway bar frame bracket -- Broncos without the factory bracket require Hellwig part 7909. Installation requires only basic hand tools.
