The Hella 2395031 is a 7-inch (165mm) round H4 conversion headlamp from Hella's Vision Plus range, designed to replace standard sealed beam headlamps on classic and vintage vehicles using a 7" round headlamp opening. Sold as a single unit, it accepts a standard H4 (HB2/9003) high/low beam halogen bulb (not included), replacing the entire sealed beam unit with a more capable halogen system featuring a replaceable bulb - meaning future bulb replacements require only the bulb, not the entire assembly.

The Vision Plus features a highly polished metal reflector and advanced optical design that delivers a wider, longer, more evenly distributed beam pattern compared to original sealed beam units. ECE approved for European lighting standards, the lamp is compatible with any vehicle using a standard 7" round headlamp opening.
