  • Each spacer adds 20mm of track width per side, for a total axle widening of 40mm per pair
  • Compatible with stock and aftermarket alloy wheels; not compatible with steel (pressed) wheel rims on DRS Series fitment
  • Verify inner fender and brake caliper clearances before installation, particularly when combined with lowering springs or coilovers
  • TUV-approved - vehicle-specific TUV structural durability reports are available for free download on the H&R website using article number 40245414
  • Professional installation by a qualified workshop is recommended

Features

  • Widens track by 20mm per side (40mm total per axle) for a more flush, aggressive wheel-to-fender stance
  • Hubcentric design functions as a precision extension of the factory axle hub, guaranteeing accurate wheel centering and eliminating vibration
  • Manufactured from H&R's proprietary aluminum/magnesium alloy - stronger and lighter than standard 6061-T6 billet aluminum
  • Hard anodized surface finish provides superior resistance to corrosion and surface wear for year-round durability
  • Precision CNC machined for exact dimensional tolerances on bolt pattern and center bore
  • Widens track width to improve cornering grip, lateral stability, and overall handling balance
  • Compatible with OEM and aftermarket suspension systems including lowering springs and coilovers
  • All mounting hardware (longer H&R knurled stud bolts) included - no additional hardware required
  • TUV-approved and 100% engineered and manufactured in Germany at H&R's facility in Lennestadt

Product Description

The H&R 40245414 TRAK+ DRS Series Wheel Spacers are precision-engineered 20mm spacers designed for a broad range of Toyota and Hyundai models sharing the 4x100 bolt pattern with a 54.1mm center bore. Each spacer moves the wheel outward 20mm from the hub, delivering a total axle widening of 40mm per pair - effectively filling the fender well gap for a cleaner, more purposeful stance. Beyond aesthetics, the wider track directly benefits handling: lateral grip improves, the roll center lowers slightly, and cornering stability increases - benefits that are especially noticeable on compact platforms like the Corolla, Yaris, and Celica where even modest track widening has a meaningful impact on dynamics.

H&R's DRS Series design places the spacer between the wheel and the hub. Installation involves replacing the existing wheel studs with the longer H&R knurled stud bolts included in the kit - the original wheel nuts are then reused to secure the wheel to the new longer studs. The result is a fully hubcentric fitment with a full-contact hub surface, identical in function to the factory axle hub, ensuring even load distribution and eliminating the vibration and handling inconsistency associated with non-hubcentric universal spacers. All required mounting hardware is included, and no additional accessories need to be purchased separately.

Manufactured at H&R's ISO-certified facility in Lennestadt, Germany, each spacer is precision CNC machined from H&R's proprietary aluminum/magnesium alloy - a material developed specifically for this application that is lighter and stronger than standard 6061-T6 billet aluminum - then hard anodized for surface durability and corrosion resistance. The kit carries a vehicle-specific TUV structural durability approval, downloadable from the H&R website using article number 40245414. Sold as a pair covering one axle; two sets are required for full four-corner installation. Not compatible with pressed steel wheel rims.
