The H&R 54701 Sport Springs are the most popular entry point in H&R's lowering spring lineup for the 2012-2019 Volkswagen Beetle Turbo (2.0T) and 2017-2018 Beetle R-Line (2.0T). Dropping the ride height 1.4" front and 1.3" rear, these springs close the fender gap, lower the center of gravity, and reduce body roll - delivering a noticeably sharper driving experience without sacrificing the ride quality needed for daily use. The progressive spring rate ensures a smooth response over small road imperfections while providing firm, confident body control during spirited driving.

Each spring is manufactured from 54SiCr6 high-grade spring steel and shot-peened to more than double the fatigue life of conventional springs. The set is ISO 9001 certified and TUV approved, reflecting H&R's strict quality standards. These springs are designed for the 2.0T Hatchback/Coupe body style only - Convertible, 1.8T, 2.5L, and TDI Beetle variants require different H&R spring kits. A wheel alignment is required after installation.
