The GSC Power Division 3011-8 is a set of eight traditional smooth-style Manganese Bronze exhaust valve guides engineered specifically for the Mitsubishi 4B11T engine found in the 2008-2015 Lancer Evolution X. Unlike the 4G63-based DSM and Evo I-IX guides, the 4B11T requires a smaller 5.5mm valve stem diameter and a distinct OD (0.4351" / 11.05mm), making it incompatible with any previous-generation guide. Made from true C67410 Manganese Bronze rather than OEM cast iron, these guides deliver improved lubricity, better thermal conductivity, and greater long-term wear resistance on the exhaust side where heat loads are highest.

Precision CNC-turned to the tightest concentricity tolerances in the aftermarket, the 3011-8 requires minimal honing on undamaged guide bosses, reducing head build time and ensuring consistent valve-to-guide clearance across all eight exhaust positions. For heads requiring bore service, individually sold +0.001" and +0.003" oversized options are available. Builders who prefer a stopper-style guide for depth-controlled installation should reference GSC 3013-8 instead.
