The Fuelab 40502 is a PRO Series 7.0 GPM variable speed brushless spur gear fuel pump built for extreme high-horsepower fuel system applications. Rated at 7.0 GPM at 45 PSI with a 100 PSI maximum, it delivers the flow capacity needed to support serious performance builds running gasoline, diesel, ethanol, methanol, or E85. The brushless DC motor operates across a 12V-24V range and adjusts pump speed automatically to match engine fuel demand - eliminating the need for separate voltage regulators or external pump controllers.

The precision spur gear mechanism provides smooth, low-pulsation fuel delivery for accurate fuel metering under load. Billet aluminum construction with matte black anodize offers durability in demanding racing and performance environments. Note: this pump must be paired with a fuel pressure regulator capable of handling a 10 GPM or greater return capacity - the Fuelab 565XX Series regulator is specifically recommended.
