Fitment Notes

• Inlet ports: Two -10AN Military (ORB) ports - use Fuelab port fitting #72103 (-10AN ORB to -10AN 37° flare) if connecting to AN hose ends
• Return port: One -6AN located on the bottom of the regulator body
• Gauge port: 1/8" NPT (plug included) - accepts an external fuel pressure gauge
• Pressure reference port: 1/8" NPT with barbed fitting for MAP-referenced boost/vacuum compensation
• Compatible with gasoline, diesel, methanol, ethanol, and E85 fuels
• Accepts both port-style and non-port-style union fittings without interference

Product Description

The Fuelab 51501-1 is a 515 Series return-style EFI fuel pressure regulator with dual -10AN military (ORB) inlet ports and a -6AN return port. It provides a 25-90 PSI adjustment range for EFI applications with fine thread pitch for precise pressure dialing. The standard seat supports up to 2.5 GPM of flow capacity, making it a strong match for high-flow EFI builds running Fuelab Prodigy or PRO Series pumps. The -1 suffix designates the black anodized finish, machined to military MIL-A-8625, Type II standards.

A built-in 1/8" NPT gauge port accepts an external fuel pressure gauge for monitoring, and a second 1/8" NPT reference port with barbed fitting allows boost or vacuum compensation when plumbed to an intake manifold. The regulator accepts both port-style and non-port-style union fittings, offering installation flexibility across a wide range of fuel system configurations.
