Product Description

The FOX 883-06-227 Factory Race Series 2.5 Internal Bypass Coilover delivers race-proven, high-speed capable suspension for 2003-2024 Toyota 4Runner, 2007-2014 FJ Cruiser, and 2003-2009 Lexus GX470 platforms with 2-3" lift. FOX's patented Internal Bypass technology creates multiple zones of damping control--shock fluid bypasses the main piston through bleed holes in the ride zone for comfort, then as the shock travels past this zone the holes terminate, forcing oil through the piston for progressive damping that controls hard bottom-outs and prevents harsh top-outs. The Dual Speed Compression adjuster allows fine-tuning for load, terrain, and driving style, while the 2.5" Type III anodized aluminum body and external reservoir maintain consistent damping and cooler operating temperatures for fade-free performance in demanding off-road conditions.
