The FASS TSPD07165G is the Titanium Signature Series Plus fuel air separation system engineered for 2005-2018 and 2021-2024 Ram 2500/3500 trucks equipped with the 5.9L or 6.7L 24V Cummins diesel engine. Rated at 165 gallons per hour, this system delivers far more fuel volume than the factory lift pump can provide, supporting up to 600 HP on 5.9L applications and up to 900 HP on 6.7L applications. The Titanium Signature Series Plus is the upgraded evolution of the standard Titanium Series, distinguishing itself with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 black anodized aluminum hardware, and black fuel line for a clean, professional installation. At the core of the TSPD07165G is FASS's patented fuel air separation process, which eliminates entrained air and vapor from the fuel before it reaches the injection system -- a primary cause of premature injector and CP3 pump failure on Cummins-powered trucks. The system filters to 2 microns absolute using the XWS-3002 extreme water separator on the pressure side and the PF-3001 particulate filter (144 micron) on the suction side, removing over 99% of water, dirt, and particulates from the fuel supply. Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continuously circulates and polishes unused fuel back to the tank after it has passed through the filtration process, ensuring consistently clean fuel delivery at all times. FASS Whisper Technology reduces operating noise without reducing flow, and Performance Radius Cuts in the machined aluminum housing eliminate sharp 90-degree angles that cause eddy currents and air reintroduction. The system is manufactured in the USA with 98%+ domestic components, mounted via machined steel brackets, and backed by FASS's limited lifetime warranty.
