Product Description

The Energy Suspension 7.1119G is a rear differential carrier bushing set engineered for the 2003-2009 Nissan 350Z and 2003-2007 Infiniti G35 RWD (Coupe and Sedan), covering all VQ35DE and VQ35HR engine variants. On the FM platform, the rear differential is mounted to the subframe via rubber carrier bushings that flex and compress under load - allowing the differential to shift laterally during hard acceleration, braking, and cornering. This movement introduces inconsistency in throttle response, rear-end traction, and cornering feel. Replacing the OE rubber with Hyper-Flex polyurethane virtually eliminates that movement, planting the differential firmly and making power delivery and chassis behavior more predictable and precise.

One complete set covers both the left and right differential carrier bushing positions. The Hyper-Flex polyurethane is chemically resistant to the heat, oil, and road grime that degrade rubber at the rear cradle location over time. A slight increase in transmitted NVH over stock is typical and expected with polyurethane differential bushings - a trade-off most performance drivers readily accept for the handling benefit.
