Product Description

The Energy Suspension 3.3185G is a complete front control arm bushing set designed for 2001-2010 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD trucks, as well as the 2002-2006 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500. This kit replaces the factory rubber bushings in both the upper and lower front control arms with Energy Suspension's proprietary Hyper-Flex performance polyurethane, restoring precise suspension geometry and eliminating the excess deflection caused by worn OEM components.

Factory rubber control arm bushings deteriorate over time due to heat, road chemicals, and constant load cycling, leading to vague steering, poor alignment retention, and uneven tire wear. Energy Suspension's polyurethane formulation is engineered to resist oil, ozone, road salt, and UV exposure, delivering significantly longer service life while maintaining a full-floating, non-binding design that keeps the suspension moving freely without introducing harshness or NVH issues.

This kit covers the front upper and lower control arms on both the driver and passenger sides. Installation requires reuse of the existing OE outer metal shells and all metal hardware from the original bushings. A press or appropriate bushing installation tools will be needed to remove the old rubber and seat the new polyurethane bushings. A front-end alignment is strongly recommended after installation to ensure optimal tire contact and handling performance.
