Product Description

EBC Yellowstuff rear brake pads bring race-proven aramid fiber friction material to BMW's shared CLAR-platform lineup -- 2 Series, 3 Series, 4 Series, Z4, i4, and the platform-mate Toyota GR Supra. Unlike many performance pads, Yellowstuff delivers strong braking force straight from cold with no warm-up lap required, then gets even stronger as temperatures climb under hard driving.

A zero-fade, race-developed compound has proven itself across SCCA and NASA track events and is a favorite among Mazda MX-5 racers in the UK. Chamfered pad edges reduce squeal against rotor lip buildup, while a center gap allows for proper heat expansion under sustained braking.

Note: this is a high-friction, higher-dust pad best suited to spirited street and track driving, not a quiet daily-comfort pad -- EBC recommends Redstuff for that use case.
